Springvale and Port Ormos
Springvale is a small village located in the region of Mondstadt. Its residents consist mostly of hunters who help to provide vital food for Mondstadt. In-game Springvale, according to a legend, was built around a well that had blessed water and healed an ill child after their mother brought them to that well. A notable character from here is Diona, a 4-star playable character who wields a bow, uses cryo, and provides a shield and healing.
Port Ormos is a bustling port city located in the region of Sumeru. A major place of trade in Sumeru, Port Ormos is where goods and information can be found. An NPC named Farahnaz explains that Port Ormos was once a place called Orghana, otherwise known as the city of the Twenty-Nine Days. A playable character from here is Dori, another 4-star unit. Dori is an electro claymore that can heal your party and apply some electro to the enemy.
