Debuting in the latest region in the game, Nod Krai, the land of the Frost Moon scions, is a land with a deep connection to the moon. Hiisi Isle houses the Frost Moon scions, descendants of an ancient group of people who worship the moon, said ancient group moved to Hiisi Isle after their home was destroyed in a rebellion. Located in Hiisi Isle is a figure of great importance as they hide from another group called the Fatui who are seeking them out to use their power. Hiisi Isle also has ancient technology although it appears to have long stopped working.
