I was first introduced to Sky: Children of the Light(Sky: cotl for short) by my best friend, who, at the time they showed me this game, had moved away for some time, and thought this game could be a way for us to hang out with each other again. Wanting to do something with them again, I agreed and downloaded the game. I’ve been playing the game ever since. While I cannot recall exactly when this occurred, I do know that this took place at least a little before October 5, 2020.

Throughout the 5 years I’ve been playing Sky I have done lots of things, seen many stories, and had lots of encounters with both danger and friends as well. Spoilers ahead for those who do not want to be spoiled.
When it comes to stories Season of Dreams has my favorite by far. The story is not the most complex, but I think that’s okay. The story is about a young girl who lives in a small, quiet village, learning to figure skate with those around her supporting her and teaching her how to do so. In the finale/last quest, you perform with the girl in the stadium for the big performance, capping off a wholesome story about a girl following her dreams to perform and figure skate.

If I had to pick a season that had amazing atmosphere I would have to say the Season of Abyss had some amazing atmosphere. This was the update that introduced the swimming mechanic, which also naturally had a large area to swim in the seasonal area. The atmosphere really makes itself known as you go deeper and deeper into the water, with the atmosphere going from lively and relaxing to more ominous as you swim further into the depths.
