What terms will I see across this website, and what do they mean?

Some basic terms that will be seen across are IAPs, Seasons, hearts, and Candles. IAPs are a shorthand version of the term in-app purchase, seasons are 2-3 month-long limited-time events, and hearts and candles are commonly earned by playing the game naturally.

What do I do if a trade fails?

In the instance of a failed trade, let the trade partner you are canceling the trade, and from there, leave and remove the chat from your messages.

How do I report someone?

To report someone, open their profile and click the report button, fill out the designated form, and we will look into it from there. Another way to report someone is to scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and find the report button from there. This second method does require that you have the other person's ID number, which can also be found on their profile.
