What does this platform offer?
The Aviary Exchange is a unofficial platform where players of Sky: Children of the Light by That Game Company can trade In-app-purchases(IAP) for in-game currencies and services. The currencies that In-app-purchases can be exchanged for are hearts, and services can include, but are not limited to, the following:
By acting as a dedicated platform for trading purposes, players who choose to trade have a space where they know, with 100% certainty, they can do so without violating the rules of online communities. You could also not even trade in-app purchases at all if that is what you want as well.
Why Trade?
There are a number of reasons one might trade in for in-app purchases or other in-game currencies. When trading to get an in-app purchase item, it could be possible that it is too expensive or you're trying to save money for one reason or another. Trading with someone else who does not mind spending that money in exchange for something else, hearts, for example, enables both parties' needs and desires for whatever they are asking for. Another example of why someone might trade is because they are low on certain in-game currencies. An example of this kind of trade could be asking for candle run help, and in exchange, they are willing to give hearts.
Trading with others and the trader review system
Like anything else, when it comes to working with others, lots of things can go well, or lots of things can go badly. The trade partner review system was made to address this. In order to ensure everybody has a pleasant experience to the best of our ability, people are able to leave reviews about people they have already traded with on their profile! Once a trade is complete, both players are able to leave reviews on each other's pages. In these reviews, players can mention whether they had a good or bad experience. Were they friendly and responded often, or were they rude and ghosted you a lot? Did they deliver on their end of the trade, or did they scam you and not fulfill their end of the deal? These are the kind of things that these reviews are meant to inform about, alongside reports of their behavior that is inappropriate and against the terms of service. While it is impossible to predict the actions of individual people, we hope this can help people stay informed about who is and is not credible.
